Shipping Policy
At WORLDS NEW ERA, shipping and delivery timelines are governed by our internal processing standards and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of our courier and logistics partners.
Order Processing & Dispatch SLA
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
- Dispatch operations are carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, the order is handed over to an authorized courier partner, and a tracking ID is shared with the customer.
Delivery Timeline SLA
- Standard delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Customer location and pin-code serviceability
- Courier partner routing and transit schedules
- Local restrictions, weather conditions, or regional disruptions
Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed, as final delivery is controlled by the courier partner.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders are subject to a C.O.D. convenience fee of ₹99, as per courier partner charges.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable government taxes.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- In case of delivery delays, WORLDS NEW ERA will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as per courier SLA.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, refusal to accept, or customer-related issues, the order may be returned as per courier policy.
- Re-dispatch or resolution will be handled based on courier partner guidelines and internal verification.
Force Majeure
WORLDS NEW ERA shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, epidemics, war, government actions, transport disruptions, or courier network failures.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of such delays when applicable.
Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to communicate respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward courier personnel or customer support staff may result in service refusal, order cancellation, or future order restrictions.
Policy Updates
WORLDS NEW ERA reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice, in line with courier partner SLAs and applicable laws.
