At WORLDS NEW ERA, we offer a limited Exchange Policy only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
- Size Exchange (same product only)
- Damaged / Defective Product Exchange
❌ Product exchange, color exchange, or style change is not permitted.
Exchange Request Timeline
- Exchange requests must be raised by emailing support@worldsnewera.com
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of successful delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted
Exchange Conditions
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
- Customers must self-ship the product within 24–48 hours of receiving it
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, unaltered
- In original packaging with tags intact
All returned items undergo a quality check upon receipt.
If the product does not meet our standards, the exchange request will be rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Size Unavailability
- If the requested size of the same product is unavailable, a store credit voucher will be issued
- Store credit:
- Valid for 12 months from date of issue
- Can be used on any future purchase at WORLDS NEW ERA
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
Damaged / Defective Products
- In case of a damaged or defective item, unboxing photos or videos must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
- Once verified, a replacement of the same product will be shipped
- Claims without proper proof or outside the timeline will not be accepted
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Free-size products
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and loungewear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any costs incurred for rejected exchanges or re-shipping must be borne by the customer
Responsibility for Returned Goods
- Products remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse
- Any item lost or damaged during return transit will be treated as not returned
Exchanges Will NOT Be Processed If:
- Exchange request exceeds the allowed time limit
- Product does not belong to WORLDS NEW ERA
- Item falls under non-exchangeable categories
- Exchange request was not registered in advance
- Product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage
- Product is returned in poor or improper packaging
Examples of unacceptable damage include:
- Makeup stains, perfume/deodorant marks
- Odours, washing powder residue
- Torn packaging or tape applied directly on product
What Is NOT Considered a Defect
The following will not qualify as damaged or defective:
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor design or print placement variations
- Size variation within ±3 cm
- Loose threads, creases, or minor finishing marks
- Damage caused while trying the product
- Personal dislike or subjective quality expectations
- Size unavailability after order placement

- No refunds are provided under any circumstances
- WORLDS NEW ERA reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request
- Policies may be updated without prior notice, as permitted by law.
