C.O.D. Charges

• A Cash on Delivery convenience fee of ₹99 is applicable per order.
• An advance payment of ₹111 is required to confirm the C.O.D. order.

Advance Payment Requirement

The advance amount is collected to confirm order authenticity and reduce failed deliveries due to fake or unaccepted orders. This practice helps ensure timely and reliable service for all customers.

Cancellation & Refunds

• In case a C.O.D. order is cancelled or refused at the time of delivery, the advance payment of ₹111 will not be refunded or adjusted.
• The balance order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
