At WORLDS NEW ERA, we aim to process and ship all confirmed orders within 24–48 business hours. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an order, the order will be cancelled by us, and you will be notified via email or SMS. In such cases, you may opt for store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
- For all approved returns or exchanges, a store credit coupon of the same value will be issued.
- Store credit is non-transferable and can be used on future purchases at WORLDS NEW ERA.
- Store credit will be issued on the same day once the return or exchange is approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only.
- Shipping charges, handling fees, and applied discounts are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
- If an order is cancelled due to unavailability from our side, store credit will be issued accordingly.
